Hotel Filoxenia is a family-run business operating since 1939.
It is located on the central square of Portaria, surrounded by lush greenery, centuries-old plane trees and colourful hydrangeas.

The hotel was fully renovated in the summer of 2011, respecting traditional Pelion architecture while adding subtle touches of modern design.

In 2025, we completed an energy-efficiency upgrade of the hotel through the “Exoikonomo - Epicheiro” programme, aiming to reduce energy consumption and improve our environmental performance. We invested in modern, environmentally friendly solutions, including upgraded heating and cooling systems, thermal insulation and energy-efficient windows and doors, offering you an even more comfortable stay while respecting the natural environment around us.

We offer 10 fully equipped rooms with individual heating, fireplace, air conditioning, LCD television, hairdryer, electric kettle, refrigerator, safe, toiletries, free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping.
